Our Bespoke Process
Submit Your Enquiry - Complete our custom enquiry form with your ideas, inspiration images (please submit these using the form below or via email), and event date.
Design Consultation - We will discuss your vision, fabrics, colours, embroidery, and any bespoke details.
Quotation - Once your design has been agreed, we will provide a personalised quotation. Production begins once your your measurements have been provided and payment has been received.
Handcrafted Production - Your garment is handcrafted by our artisans in Algeria.
Final Delivery - Once completed, your piece will undergo a final quality inspection before being carefully packaged and shipped.

Please note: As all bespoke garments are made specifically to your measurements and design requirements, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced. We recommend allowing 8–16 weeks for custom orders, although lead times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the season. If your event date is sooner, please contact us before placing your enquiry so we can advise whether we can accommodate your timeline.
